    Disc problem is very common in all age group, low back pain one suppose to be a simple problem, now appearing as measure health issue, more over treated by anyone with different name-slipped disc or scitica or naska dabav etc, but keep in mind without a proper diagnosis by specialist doctor if you are taking a treatment for your Disc problem, you may be relieved for hors or days or week but longterm solution is not by anyone. if you are going to any doctor, he will simply ask for xrays-can anybody tell me, how a nerve can be seen by your doctor in xrays ?as a patient its your right to ask for etiology as well as prognosis, about your problem of # low Back pain.unless acomple picture of your disesase is not taken in to consideration, its useless to get such treatment. if you are having this complaints? numbness, tingling sensation in leg or hands heaviness in hands and leg cramps in legs hands or shoulder heaviness with restricted movement. buttocks pinching hip pain or heaviness in lower back. what you shuld do to avoid complication???? 1-consult any qualified doctors like pain physician, neurosurgeon, orthopaedic, neurophysican, physiatrist. but unwanted exercise by anyone may leads to undesire situation like loss of power, or sensation or sometime problemin toilet or latrine etc.so always be careful brfore taking treatment. you can have any option as mentioned simple bed rest but not longtime rest simple medicine like pain killer or muscle relaxants simple exercise under supervision of any technical physiotherapist if your problem still persist after long term trial with any method above then surgery may last option! we can think for minimal invasive techniques ? , that are possible with interventional pain physician oe neurosurgeon only. avoid unwanted surgery by common practicing conventional surgery. endoscopic laser or pn hole techniques are possible way to avoid open surgery for spine.
